COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

\n - Contract Terms: 2 years, auto-renews thereafter
\n - Commencement Bonus/Loan: Paid w/in 5 weeks of start & forgiven over specific time
\n - Moving allowance: Reimbursed w/ receipts via IRS guidelines
