  • Practice Type: 100% outpatient, Multispecialty Group, Academic Component with teaching our Learners
  • \n
  • Schedule
  • \n
      \n
    • Options: Full time or Part Time
    • \n
    • Practice Operations: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with no inpatient responsibilities, no call coverage expectations
    • \n
    • Full-Time expectations: 30-hour workweek consisting of 26 patient-facing hours and 4 hours of administrative time per week
    • \n

  • Various Procedure Opportunities
  • \n
  • Available Devices: Pulsed Dye Laser (PDL), Pulse Dialyzer and more
  • \n
  • Patient Population: Diverse range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric, in a supportive outpatient setting
  • \n
  • Ability to participate in inpatient pediatric dermatology patients at Brenner's Children's Hospital and also via virtual inpatient consults at Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte
  • \n
  • Direct Connection with the Dermatology Academic Department and other pediatric subspecialists in rheumatology, plastic surgery, infectious disease, endocrinology, etc.for mentorship, guidance, and additional support
  • \n
  • Collaborative and Supportive Practice Environment within a renowned academic healthcare system that values teamwork and patient-centered care

  • Work closely with our twelve dermatology residents as well as with the pediatric residency program
  • \n
  • Mentorship from our mid and senior-career faculty, including Dr. Jorizzo, who currently runs our pediatric dermatology services

\n Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
  • \n
  • Successful completion of a Dermatology Residency at an accredited healthcare institution
  • \n
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology
  • \n
  • Fellowship in Pediatric Dermatology
  • \n
