Position Overview: As an Assistant Press Operator, you will play a vital role in the flexographic printing process, supporting a team of experienced operators. You’ll be involved in various stages of production—from preparing inks and loading film rolls to conducting quality checks and assisting with press changeovers. This hands-on position provides a comprehensive learning experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
No prior experience required—training provided for the right candidate
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production equipment
Familiarity with safety standards, quality assurance tools, and ISO standards
Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work overtime as needed

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.50 per hour
