Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established, highly regarded law firm to identify a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its growing team. This firm is known for its collaborative, collegial environment and works with a sophisticated client base across a range of complex real estate matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on involvement in transactions and thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced setting.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support attorneys with a variety of commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents
  • Coordinate and manage closing processes, including preparing closing packages and handling post-closing recordings
  • Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and related documents
  • Communicate regularly with lenders, attorneys, clients, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction flow
  • Handle filing and recording of documents with appropriate local agencies
What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions within a law firm setting
  • Familiarity with lender-side transactions and working with multiple deal stakeholders
  • Experience reviewing title and survey materials
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Professional, client-facing demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently while remaining a strong team contributor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
