This firm is known for its collaborative, collegial environment and works with a sophisticated client base across a range of complex real estate matters. What You'll Be Doing:
- Support attorneys with a variety of commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Assist with drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents
- Coordinate and manage closing processes, including preparing closing packages and handling post-closing recordings
- Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and related documents
- Communicate regularly with lenders, attorneys, clients, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction flow
- Handle filing and recording of documents with appropriate local agencies
- 3-5 years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions within a law firm setting
- Familiarity with lender-side transactions and working with multiple deal stakeholders
- Experience reviewing title and survey materials
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Professional, client-facing demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently while remaining a strong team contributor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Supportive, team-oriented environment with strong leadership
- Exposure to sophisticated real estate transactions
