LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to join a respected law firm in Tampa, Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal to join a dynamic legal team and play a key role in managing complex commercial litigation matters throughout all stages of the case lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys in all phases of business and commercial litigation matters
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
  • Manage case files and maintain litigation deadlines
  • Assist with document review, production, and organization of case materials
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Conduct legal research and factual investigations as needed
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors
  • Prepare exhibits, witness files, and trial binders
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of business, commercial, or complex litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
  • Experience managing cases from inception through trial
  • Proficiency with e-filing in Florida courts
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
