School Psychologist - Boling, TX

Key Qualifications:

• Active certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to provide assessments and consultations in both languages
• Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Knowledge of special education law, RTI/MTSS, and best practices for diverse populations
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently and efficiently within various school environments

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for referred students
• Provide in-person and bilingual consultation to teachers, administrators, and families
• Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and support for students as needed
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP teams, and student support group discussions
• Support development and implementation of effective behavioral and academic interventions
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential student records
• Translate assessment findings and recommendations so all stakeholders can participate in decision-making
• Travel to assigned school locations on a per diem basis
