\n In this role, you will help keep the manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently by maintaining the infrastructure, equipment, and workspaces that support rocket production and testing. You’ll play a key role in minimizing downtime by responding to repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting facility upgrades.\n
\n

\n Facility Maintenance Associate Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility infrastructure including doors, building systems, compressed air systems, chilled water systems, and common spaces
    • \n
  • Respond quickly to maintenance requests, equipment issues, and facility emergencies to minimize downtime and restore operations safely
    • \n
  • Support manufacturing operations by setting up workstations, moving equipment, installing shelving, and modifying facility layouts
    • \n
  • Complete general building repairs including drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and hardware replacement
    • \n
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools
    • \n

\n Schedule:\n
\n
    \n
  • Day Shift
    • \n
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    • \n
  • Weekend work required on occasion
    • \n
\n
\n Pay:\n
\n
    \n
  • $26.00–$32.00 per hour
    • \n
\n
\n Facility Maintenance Associate Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • At least 2 years of industrial, manufacturing, commercial building maintenance, or general maintenance technician experience
    • \n
  • Skilled using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools such as tape measures and rulers
    • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • \n
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    • \n
  • Ability to follow written instructions and blueprints
    • \n
