Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity in the rapidly growing field of Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care, offering exceptional work-life balance with no on-call duties or weekend shifts! We are looking for a dedicated provider, either a nurse practitioner or physician assistant, to join our team at the Mineral Springs Center in North Conway, NH. This role can be part-time or full-time, requiring 24 to 40 hours per week. We welcome applications from new graduates as well.

The compensation for this position ranges from $58 to $62 per hour, along with a performance-based incentive compensation program that has no cap.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will:

  • Deliver primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
  • Work in partnership with other medical professionals to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications

To qualify for this position, the Advanced Practice Provider must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, holding a registered nurse license.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
  • For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

Preferred qualifications include at least two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations. In states where practice regulations permit, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration are required for both APRNs and PAs.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Information

The salary range for this position is between $58.00 and $62.00 per hour.
