Our organization is currently looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our team and contribute to the ongoing expansion of primary care services in the Philadelphia area.

This position is entirely outpatient, providing robust clinical support and the opportunity to develop a patient base within a mission-driven, community-oriented healthcare system.

Practice Overview

Location: Philadelphia, PA

  • Immediate access to a patient volume

  • 100% outpatient role with no inpatient duties

  • Utilization of an integrated Epic electronic medical record system

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania

  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients

  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions

  • Focus on preventive care and population health strategies

  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

  • Ensure timely and accurate medical documentation

  • Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives

Work Schedule & Call Requirements
  • Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 patient-facing hours

  • Flexible scheduling options available

  • Minimal call responsibilities (1:6 call schedule), conducted via phone
