A well-established health system on California’s Central Coast is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Endocrinology team in a 100% outpatient setting.
\nThis is a highly supported role offering strong compensation, a collaborative team, and an excellent work-life balance.
\nHighlights\n
• $158,000 – $193,000 + productivity
\n• Monday–Friday, 8–5 | No call
\n• Outpatient only – adults (18+)
\n• Established, team-based practice
\nTeam Structure\n
• 2 Endocrinologists (adding a 3rd)
\n• 5 APPs + 3 CDCES
\n• Pediatric Endocrinology partnership with UCSF Pediatric Endocrinology
\n• Dedicated Social Worker
\nRole\n
• Manage endocrine and diabetes care in an outpatient setting
\n• Collaborate with physicians and diabetes educators
\n• Focus on follow-ups, treatment plans, and care coordination
\nQualifications\n
• NP or PA
\n• Spanish required
\n• Open to new grads or experienced providers
\n• Strong clinical and communication skills
