Job Description:
The Manager of Retail Elevation - Analytics will have a frontline seat and the opportunity to help shape the evolution of stores.
Working closely with partners across the Marketing & Growth Organization, Mass Markets, as well as our Agency of Record
Team with Internal & External Partners to scope and provide requirements to consolidate & organize the data critical to driving insights
Project Manage programs from start to finish
Analyze data and interpret findings
Create Dashboards and Presentations that take complex and multi-faceted data findings and present them in clear and direct ways
Manage ongoing readout communications to Retail Marketing, Agency Partners

Ensure Governance & QC processes and protocols are in place
Qualification:
Be a Data-enthusiast & SME helping shape a data-driven culture within Retail Elevation
BA/BS in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field

Have strong hands-on skills and experience with:
Excel - Data Manipulation & Charting
Power BI, Tableau, and/or DOMO dashboard platforms
MS 365 Environment
AI Tools & principles

3 - 5 years of experience in:
Statistical & Research approaches and methodologies
Data Visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau or Power BI
Programming and Statistical tools such as SPSS, R, SAS, SQL, etc
Social Networking Platform Analysis Tools such as SPRINKLR, Netbase, etc
Motivated and problem-solving in nature, and able to collaborate, communicate, and cultivate to Win Together
