Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including those for commercial vehicles, both in-shop and through roadside assistance.
- Oversee equipment repairs and maintain the cleanliness of the store facility, including general housekeeping tasks.
- Capable of lifting and moving over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
- Work on a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
