\n Job Responsibilities\n

- Operate fabrication equipment such as drill presses, hardware insertion machines, and deburring tools \n
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications and standards \n
- Work with Floor Leaders to maintain production flow and follow SOPs \n
- Report equipment issues, material shortages, and production concerns \n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment \n

\n\n
\n Essential Skills & Qualifications\n
\n- \n
- Ability to operate fabrication equipment with strong mechanical aptitude \n
- Basic blueprint and bill of materials reading skills (preferred) \n
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills \n
- Basic computer skills (Windows applications, mouse usage) \n
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment \n

\n 1st Shift\n

- Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM \n
- $18.75/hour \n
\n 2nd Shift\n
\n- \n
- Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM \n
- $19.75/hour \n
