As an essential part of the multidisciplinary team, you will leverage your clinical knowledge and expertise to oversee and deliver care to patients in the ICU. There may also be opportunities to work across various local facilities within the same specialty, allowing you to broaden your skills and experience in different environments.

• Deliver exceptional care to patients with cardiac, trauma, and neurological conditions
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve the best patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC EMR for precise and efficient documentation
• Engage in a rotating schedule, including every third weekend
• Follow all safety and compliance regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• Current Iowa or Compact State RN License
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI are mandatory
• TNCC certification is preferred (must be obtained if extending the contract)
• Experience with EPIC is required
