You'll play a key role within a vibrant and supportive educational community, providing vital psychological services, assessments, and interventions to enable student growth and development. Your expertise will be valued as you collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Delaware School Psychologist license (required for consideration)
• Experience providing psychological services in an educational setting
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills
• Excellent ability to collaborate with school teams and families
• Commitment to culturally responsive and evidence-based practices
• Flexibility to serve elementary and middle school caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations to support eligibility for special education services
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling for students
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop intervention plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies for academic, behavioral, and socio-emotional needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on student supports
