\n * Established Patient Base - Immediate volume driven by strong population growth and referral network
\n * Procedure-Focused Practice - Majority of time spent in endoscopy with high daily procedural volume (16-20 cases/day)
\n * Balanced Schedule - 5-day work week with approximately 1/2-1 day of clinic per week
\n * Advanced Endoscopy Available - ERCP and EUS supported; advanced training welcomed but not required
\n * APP-Supported Clinic Model - APPs assist with clinic visits, allowing physicians to focus on procedures
\n * Shared Call Structure - Call evenly distributed among providers with inpatient responsibilities limited to call
\n * Modern Infrastructure - MAC anesthesia support and transition to EPIC EMR
