\n As a Direct Hire Machinist, you'll operate large manual machining equipment to manufacture precision components, inspect your work to ensure it meets exact customer specifications, and play an important role in delivering high-quality products to customers across essential industries.\n

\n
\n Direct Hire Machinist Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Operate large vertical manual machines to machine large industrial components.
    • \n
  • Operate a drill press and other manual machine shop equipment.
    • \n
  • Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure finished parts meet customer specifications.
    • \n
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to manufacture parts with tight tolerances.
    • \n

\n Schedule: Monday – Friday \n
\n
    \n
  • Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    • \n
  • Swing Shift: 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - Swing shift must train on days for at least 3 months
    • \n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Pay:\n
\n
    \n
  • Day Shift: $40.00 per hour
    • \n
  • Swing Shift: $42.00 per hour
    • \n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Direct Hire Machinist Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • At least 5 years of manual machining experience.
    • \n
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
    • \n
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment, including micrometers and calipers.
    • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
    • \n
\n
