OH - Contract NP need in Van Wert - ASAP-November 19

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting ASAP-November 19 at their Corporate Health clinic in Van Wert, OH. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, annual physicals (including well woman if requested), and Occupational Health issues including Worker's Comp evaluation and follow-up. Ages 3+ is for acute illnesses only. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. DOT Certification is preferred. Occupational Medicine, Worker's Comp, and Women's Health experience is a plus.\n
