Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Previous experience working in school settings (preferred).
• Comprehensive understanding of assessment, intervention, and counseling techniques for children and adolescents.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently across multiple campus sites.
• Passion for fostering positive learning environments and advocating for student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention to students, promoting healthy coping strategies.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to implement evidence-based support strategies.
• Advocate for students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Travel throughout the county as required, providing support wherever it’s needed most.
