We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. This academic-focused role offers the opportunity to mentor and train the next generation of physicians while maintaining a balanced clinical practice within a supportive and collaborative teaching environment.

Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Provide outpatient and/or inpatient Family Medicine care while supervising residents
    \n Serve as a clinical instructor, participating in didactics, curriculum development, and resident education
    \n Evaluate resident performance and support recruitment efforts
    \n Ensure program compliance with institutional and accreditation standards
    \n Participate in scholarly activity and program development
    \n Document patient care using hospital EMR system

Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
    \n Active or eligible Texas medical license
    \n Experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic medicine preferred
    \n Obstetrics experience or fellowship training preferred
    \n Interest or experience in prenatal care and/or medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is a plus
