The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join the dedicated medical staff at the Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia.

Position Highlights

\n

As a Gastroenterologist within the Medical Service, you will:

\n

Practice independently within a collaborative specialty team

\n

Diagnose and treat disorders involving:

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Esophagus

    • \n
  • \n

    Stomach

    • \n
  • \n

    Small intestine

    • \n
  • \n

    Colon and rectum

    • \n
  • \n

    Pancreas

    • \n
  • \n

    Gallbladder

    • \n
  • \n

    Biliary system

    • \n
  • \n

    Liver

    • \n
\n

Perform and assist with gastroenterological procedures

\n

Deliver comprehensive outpatient and inpatient GI care

\n

Participate in educational activities with Marshall University learners

\n

Work primarily at the Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center campus

\n

Enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday schedule

\n

Monday - Friday
\n 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
