Our organization is in search of a full-time OB/GYN physician to become part of our esteemed team at a community hospital located in Albany, NY.

Our specialists in obstetrics and gynecology offer a comprehensive range of services, catering to both normal and high-risk pregnancies, as well as addressing various gynecological and women's health issues.

The OBGYN program at our hospital is robust, with an impressive average of 3,700 deliveries each year. Our dedicated team includes Midwifery, OBGYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM), and Level 3 NICU services.

We are currently seeking a physician to take on a Laborist role at our 442-bed community hospital. This position is strictly inpatient, focusing on managing laboring patients and overseeing both routine and complex deliveries, including cesarean sections. The role features a shift-based schedule, requiring three 15-hour shifts each week.

Please note that we are not accepting candidates requiring J-1 or H-1B visas for this position.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Applicants should demonstrate outstanding clinical and communication skills, along with a strong dedication to providing exceptional, team-oriented care
  • Capability to triage, assess, supervise, and deliver care for both routine and high-risk deliveries, with support from Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists
RECRUITMENT PACKAGE

Our organization provides a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:

  • An annual salary of $325,000.00
  • The stated salary represents the starting range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other applicable cash compensation. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in accordance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
