Job Description
Our stellar and thriving hospitalist program is seeking a part time (0.8 FTE) physician to join our team in a blended Day Shift capacity. Seeking candidates with a minimum of two (2) years' experience as a hospitalist who are comfortable supervising APPs and working in a dynamic environment. BE/BC in Med-Peds, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine. Come join our close-knit, patient-centric team of Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Med-Peds and Pediatric physicians providing primary inpatient care for our 140-bed community hospital.

At Cooley Dickinson Hospital our physicians are highly qualified, board-certified providers who specialize in caring for hospitalized adults. They are team leaders within the hospital, coordinating care among the doctors, nurses, subspecialists and other key clinical staff. We also have an 11-bed closed critical care unit, that is staffed entirely by intensivists.

Shift is 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. Blended role including rounding, admitting, as well as supervision and education of Advance Practice Providers

Respond to rapid response codes in the hospital

Deliver exceptional inpatient care for hospitalized adults, managing a broad range of acute medical conditions.

Partner daily with APPs, nursing, case management, pharmacy, and subspecialists to provide seamless, patient-centered care.
