Job Overview: Our organization is on the lookout for proficient and seasoned Heavy Haul Drivers to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the safe and efficient transportation of oversized and overweight cargo.

• Operate heavy haul trucks safely to transport oversized and overweight shipments.
• Plan and navigate routes in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure loads are secured properly for safe transit.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on the truck.
• Keep accurate logs and records of cargo, routes, and service hours.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the organization professionally.

• At least 2 years of experience in heavy haul transportation.
• Possession of a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with necessary endorsements.
• Strong understanding of state and federal transportation laws.
• Capability to operate and maintain heavy haul vehicles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to be away from home for extended durations, including trips exceeding one week.
