Quick Facts Location: 1808 West Main Street, Russellville, AR 72801 Start Date: 01/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing/ as assigned Shift: Clinic: 8 am – 4 pm (4 days/week); Call: 1:4 overnight and weekends (Friday 8 am – Monday 8 am) Hours/Week: 32+ hours/week (clinic) + on-call hours Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Arkansas Medical License, PALS, fetal monitoring certification, quality letter if IMLC provider Experience: Prior OB-GYN practice experience required (specific years unspecified) Pay & Benefits Pay: $1.00/hour (plus stipends for call, if applicable) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in a clinic setting Participate in overnight and weekend call coverage (1:4 schedule) Assist with in-house lab, ultrasound, and non-stress testing (NST) procedures Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other in-house staff to deliver patient-centered care Ensure compliance with fetal monitoring and PALS certification requirements Document patient encounters and maintain quality standards in OB-GYN practice What You Need Valid Arkansas Medical License PALS and fetal monitoring certification required Prior OB-GYN practice experience preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts Strong communication and collaboration skills About the Assignment This position involves providing both outpatient clinic care and on-call coverage in a supportive hospital environment. The facility offers in-house lab, ultrasound, and fetal monitoring services, designed to support a busy OB-GYN practice.
