Quick Facts Location: 5000 Kentucky 321, Prestonsburg, KY 41653, United States Start Date: 04/27/2026 End Date: 04/26/2027 Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day, 5x8-hour shifts) Hours per Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract (12 months, possible extension) License/Certifications: Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology Experience: Recent patient-facing experience required (preferably within the last few years) Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $479.70 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements as applicable What You’ll Do Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care in a low-volume, solo provider setting Support staff includes Advanced Practice Providers and three physicians Manage approximately 15 patients per day, primarily outpatient consultations and treatments Utilize Meditech EMR system for patient documentation Support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Participate in maintaining clinic workflows and quality standards Collaborate with support staff and other providers to ensure smooth operations What You Need Active and valid medical license in Kentucky Board certification in Hematology and Oncology Recent (within the last 2-3 years) patient-facing clinical experience Strong clinical skills in outpatient Hem/Onc care Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic, operated by a leading healthcare provider in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, offers a supportive environment with a focus on quality patient care.
