\n As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth warehouse or distribution center operations. You’ll be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials, as well as performing basic equipment maintenance checks.\n

\n Key Responsibilities:\n
\n

  • Operate sit-down forklifts safely to transport materials, supplies, and products to designated locations.
    • \n
  • Load and unload goods from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage.
    • \n
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
    • \n
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues to the supervisor.
    • \n
  • Assist with inventory control and stocking as needed.
    • \n
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and resolve operational issues.

\n Qualifications:\n
\n

  • Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or similar environment.
    • \n
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
    • \n
  • Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
