We are looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to become a part of our dedicated team, which includes OB/GYNs, Nurse Practitioners, and Certified Nurse Midwives. Our group also features an OB Nocturnist and a day Hospitalist, significantly minimizing the on-call responsibilities for our physicians.

The OB/GYN will deliver comprehensive care to patients. Our expanding obstetrics program anticipates 980 deliveries in 2025.

Our organization provides tailored care in both hospital and outpatient settings, with our women's health care practice situated in a spacious, fully renovated facility.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering obstetrical and gynecological care in the office.

  • Providing in-hospital obstetrical services in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives, which includes emergency cesarean sections, spontaneous vaginal births, operative vaginal births, patient triage, and rounding on antepartum, laboring, and postpartum patients, as well as performing circumcisions.

  • Conducting in-hospital gynecological care, including emergency procedures, consultations, and care for admitted patients.

  • Responding to patient inquiries from the practice, as well as calls from nursing staff, the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and consultations.

  • Engaging in resident education for Family Medicine residents.

Our supportive team includes highly trained and experienced RNs, a Board Certified Neonatologist (Director of Newborn Medicine), and a team of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners. Anesthesia coverage is readily available.

We utilize EPIC for our electronic medical records.

Our multispecialty practice comprises 450 physicians and advanced practice providers across various medical and surgical specialties. Members of our medical group play a crucial role in the hospital's ongoing growth and its esteemed reputation. They benefit from a shared governance model in leadership and support from hospital administration. Physicians in our network also have the opportunity to work with Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners from regional programs. In 2025, we welcomed our third Family Medicine Residency class, providing opportunities for resident teaching.

Our organization is a 171-bed independent community hospital that is locally governed and recognized as a leading healthcare provider in the area. We have experienced continuous growth for over a decade, maintaining a reputation for high-quality, compassionate care. Since September 2004, we have held Magnet® recognition for nursing excellence from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, the highest accolade for professional nursing practice.

We are affiliated with a larger health system, which enhances access to services typically unavailable at community hospitals and ensures a seamless connection to the region's only academic medical center, along with the specialized care it offers. Our physicians benefit from shared best practices, continuing medical education (CME), and opportunities for leadership and teaching.

The compensation and benefits package we offer is both comprehensive and competitive, with a salary range of $280K - $350K.
