Job Description

Job Description
Overview

Exciting Opportunity: $10K Sign-On Bonus!

Commitment to Clinical Excellence. Genuine Earning Potential. Supportive Practice Environment.

We recognize that dental hygienists in Colorado prioritize two key aspects: delivering exceptional patient care and receiving fair compensation. This position has been crafted with these priorities in mind.

Our practices in Colorado are led by strong clinical leadership and adhere to a patient-first philosophy. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive and ethical care while fostering an environment where hygienists can excel both professionally and financially.

Compensation That Values Your Expertise
  • Attractive hourly base rate
  • 30% of net production (applied when production surpasses base rate)
  • No earnings cap
  • Additional commissions on products
  • Sign-on bonus (dependent on location)
  • Comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holidays)

Our production model is designed so that if you provide thorough and complete care—covering perio diagnosis, appropriate radiographs, and preventive services—the results will naturally follow. There is no penalty if production does not exceed the base pay.

Collaborative Hygiene Workflow

We implement a structured, team-oriented model that is designed to support hygienists rather than rush them.

  • A dedicated hygiene assistant will be assigned to you
  • Delegation of tasks such as x-rays, room turnover, instrument processing, polishing, and fluoride application
  • Standard one-hour appointments for most procedures
  • Extended time allocated for periodontal procedures as necessary

The objective is straightforward: you concentrate on assessment, scaling, diagnosis, and patient education, while your assistant enhances workflow efficiency. This model enables many of our hygienists to significantly boost their earning potential while upholding high standards of care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver oral hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and application of preventive agents like fluoride and sealants.
  • Accurately document patient dental histories, update periodontal health records, and manage patient records securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist the dentist as directed.
  • Administer local anesthetics, if permitted by the dental practice act.
What Sets Our Office Apart
  • Strong clinical leadership presence
  • Established patient base
  • Experienced doctors and dedicated teams
  • Growing investment in technology, including AI integration
  • Focus on patient experience and long-term relationships

We aim to cultivate a collaborative, clinically driven environment where hygienists feel valued, supported, and fairly compensated.

Qualifications

We Are Seeking Candidates Who:

  • Hold an active Colorado hygiene license
  • Exhibit strong clinical standards with a focus on periodontal care
  • Possess a team-oriented mindset
  • Have CPR/BLS Certification
  • Are interested in maximizing production in an ethical and efficient manner
Benefits for Full-Time Dental Hygienists
  • Health Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA & FSA plans
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
  • Pet Insurance with 24/7 telehealth access
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Company-sponsored continuing education opportunities
  • Bonuses for employee referrals
