You will have the chance to work with a diverse and busy patient demographic, allowing you to engage in the full range of urology—from elective procedures to trauma care—in a collaborative and supportive setting.

• Competitive base salary starting at $700,000, with potential for higher earnings based on wRVUs.

• Signing bonus of $100,000 along with relocation assistance.

• Additional compensation for on-call duties available if desired.

• Perform advanced urology procedures in specialized suites, including an ESWL suite, outpatient surgery center, and office procedure rooms.

• Benefit from experienced support staff, allowing you to concentrate on surgical cases.

• Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including 3T MRI, dV5 and Xi robotics, Holmium laser, interstim, cryotherapy, videourodynamics, and ultrasound.

• Opportunity for up to 4 operating room days per week.

• Manageable call schedule of 7 days per month or fewer, with support from APPs.
