Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader with forging experience who thrives in a fast-paced production environment?

We're seeking a Forge Supervisor to lead our Drop Forge and Screw Press operations, overseeing a talented team responsible for producing high-quality forged components. What Youll Do

\n
    \n
  • Lead daily operations across drop forge, screw press, saw, grinding, and inspection areas
  • \n
  • Plan and coordinate production to meet output targets and delivery schedules
  • \n
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a high-performing hourly team
  • \n
  • Monitor production performance and report daily metrics
  • \n
  • Ensure all forging processes meet strict quality and process standards
  • \n
  • Inspect dies, presses, and work-in-process; identify issues and drive corrective actions
  • \n
  • Support and manage tooling, dies, and forging parameters
  • \n
  • Train and onboard new employees in forging operations
  • \n
  • Set work schedules and optimize productivity
  • \n
  • Participate in technical reviews of forging processes and improvements
  • \n
  • Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance at all times
  • \n
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles
  • \n
  • Support special projects and operational improvements
  • \n
\n

Preferred Experience

\n
    \n
  • Hands-on experience within heavy industrial setting
  • \n
  • Prior supervision experience within a manufacturing environment
  • \n
\n

What You Bring

\n
    \n
  • Bachelors degree preferred
    OR High School Diploma + 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • \n
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus
  • \n
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • \n
  • Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
  • \n

\n The range of pay for this role is $95,000 to $115,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Companys Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Companys 401(k) plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.\n

\n This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
