School Psychologist | 2026–2027 School Year

ProCare Therapy is partnering with school districts throughout Colorado to hire experienced School Psychologists for the upcoming school year. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting students' academic success, social-emotional development, and overall well-being in educational settings.

Position Overview
As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health challenges. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive psychological services that promote student growth and success.
Student Population: Opportunities may be available in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Elementary, Middle School, and High School settings. Placements are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Key Responsibilities'

Provide individual and group counseling services aligned with student IEP goals.

Conduct psychoeducational, cognitive, behavioral, social-emotional, and adaptive assessments.
Complete evaluation reports, Educational Impact Statements, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Develop and support IEP goals and recommendations.
Participate in IEP meetings, MTSS processes, special education meetings, and multidisciplinary team collaborations.
Assist with crisis intervention, risk assessments, and student safety planning.
Consult with teachers, administrators, families, and outside service providers to support student success.
Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, progress monitoring data, and compliance records.
Provide training, consultation, and behavioral health support to school staff.

Required Qualifications

Master's, Education Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider (SSP) License with School Psychologist endorsement, or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong assessment, counseling, and report-writing skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic school environment.
Experience supporting diverse student populations and working within multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency with educational technology and electronic documentation systems.
