\n In this Accounting Fixed Asset Accounting role, you will organize fixed asset and capital project expenses, analyze large volumes of financial data, and build advanced Excel reports to support reconciliations and audit preparation. \n Accounting Fixed Asset Accounting Duties:\n
\n • Review expenditures and determine the appropriate accounting treatment\n
\n • Perform fixed asset reconciliations between the general ledger and subledgers\n
\n • Analyze historical expenditures and assist with fixed asset cleanup and record validation projects\n
\n • Build and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets using pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS\n
\n • Support audit preparation and ensure financial records are accurate and organized\n
\n
\n

\n Schedule:\n
\n • Day Shift - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.\n

\n Pay: $35 - $43 per hour\n

\n

\n Accounting Fixed Asset Accounting Requirements:\n
\n • At least 2 years of accounting experience with exposure to fixed asset management\n
\n • High-level Excel proficiency with strong experience using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS\n
\n • At least 1 year of data analysis and data organization experience\n
\n • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills\n
