The Hospital Medicine APP will provide care to patients in the inpatient setting, including admission, consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning. No procedures are required.

In addition to providing direct patient care, the physician will work collaboratively with the hospitalist team, primary care physicians, and other specialists to ensure seamless transitions of care for patients. 24 hours of APP coverage.
