Mancan Staffing is helping out an Akron company who is in need of experienced Technicians to repair tools. Must have at least 1 year of related experience.
Starting pay is $15.00/hr
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Job Summary:
Repairs tools in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed customer expectations in quantity and quality.
Read schematics and ensure correct parts for assembly.
Report part or equipment defects promptly.
Familiarize and maintain tools, instruments, and calibration equipment.
Communicate with other departments for efficient processes.
Assemble tools accurately and quickly to approved specifications.
Promote a clean and safe working environment.
Keep supervisors informed of progress and issues.
Work collaboratively with the team.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Perform additional tasks not listed in the job description.
Physical:
Regularly sit, stand, bend, and walk.
Lift up to 50 lbs safely.
Working Conditions:
Indoors in various areas with different temperatures.
Moderate to high noise levels.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of related experience.
Skills:
Good written and oral communication.
Strong organization and time management.
Ability to read instructions, schematics, and measurements.
Measures of Performance:
Achieve goals in quantity, quality, attendance, policy adherence, and job knowledge during performance reviews.
