Maine General Health is seeking a Robotics-Trained Urologist to join an established practice in Augusta, Maine. This is a unique opportunity to reestablish and grow a robotic surgery program with significant unmet demand and an established referral base.
\nJoin a collaborative team of 3 Urologists and 3 APPs serving a large regional referral base. Leadership believes patient demand exists immediately for an incoming robotic surgeon, with substantial opportunity to build a high-volume robotic and oncology-focused practice.
\nRobotic urology cases are currently leaving the market, creating an immediate opportunity for a surgeon interested in robotic oncology, minimally invasive urology, and practice growth. Existing demand includes robotic prostatectomy, kidney cancer surgery, bladder cancer surgery, robotic BPH procedures, and other advanced urologic cases.

- Base Salary: $565,000 + Productivity Incentives \n
- 4-Day Clinical Work Week + 1 Administrative Day \n
- 55 Days PTO (Approximately 11 Weeks Off Annually) \n
- Strong APP Support for Rounding, Consults, and Care Coordination \n
- Manageable Call Schedule (Approximately 1:4 Weeknights, 1:6 Weekends) \n
- Educational Loan Repayment up to $240,000 \n

- Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist \n
- Robotics Training Required \n
