We are a growing real estate investment platform focused on acquiring, developing, and operating luxury vacation homes in premier resort destinations throughout the United States and select international markets.

Our investment strategy targets high-end vacation properties that generate attractive income through short-term rentals while also benefiting from long-term appreciation. We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Managing Director to help lead the growth of our luxury vacation home platform.

Position Overview

The Managing Director will play a key leadership role in sourcing acquisitions, overseeing operations, managing third-party property managers, optimizing portfolio performance, and supporting investor relations.

This individual will work directly with executive leadership and have the opportunity to help build a scalable investment platform from the ground up.

Responsibilities - Acquisitions & Investments

Source and evaluate luxury vacation home acquisition opportunities

Build relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners

Conduct financial analysis and underwriting

Prepare investment recommendations and presentations

Lead due diligence efforts and transaction execution

Negotiate purchase agreements and coordinate closings

Asset Management

Oversee third-party property management companies

Review monthly operating reports and financial performance

Monitor occupancy, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue trends

Develop strategies to improve operating performance and profitability

Oversee capital improvement projects and renovation initiatives

Manage reserve planning and capital expenditures

Revenue Optimization

Analyze market trends and competitive properties

Collaborate with operators to maximize occupancy and rental rates

Improve guest experience and property performance

Support direct booking and marketing initiatives

Investor Relations

Assist with investor reporting and communications

Participate in investor meetings and presentations

Support fundraising efforts and strategic growth initiatives

Contribute to offering memorandums and investment materials

Strategic Growth

Identify new acquisition markets and expansion opportunities

Evaluate development and partnership opportunities

Assist with long-term business planning

Support overall portfolio growth objectives

Qualifications Required

10+ years of experience in real estate, hospitality, asset management, or related fields

Strong financial modeling and underwriting experience

Experience managing operating assets

Demonstrated transaction experience

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial reporting

Preferred

Luxury vacation rental experience

Hospitality asset management experience

Resort real estate experience

Private equity or real estate investment experience

MBA, CPA, CFA, or CCIM designation
