Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation ranging from $18.50 to $23.00 per hour
- Manage the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including for commercial vehicles, both in-shop and on the road
- Oversee equipment repairs and maintain the store facility, including general cleaning tasks
- Capable of lifting and moving over 75 pounds in confined spaces and working in varying temperatures
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety protocols
- Work on a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (cost covered by the organization)
