Interventional Cardiologist Position

Our organization is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to enhance our Cardiology team. Joining us means you will play a vital role in the daily care provided to our patients.

As an Interventional Cardiologist, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty healthcare system in the Twin Cities. Candidates must possess board certification or eligibility in both Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. Our interventionists carry out a comprehensive array of diagnostic and therapeutic coronary procedures, as well as Structural Heart Disease (SHD) procedures, including TAVR, PFO/ASD closure, and MitraClip (with Triclip anticipated to start in October 2026) at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN. Additionally, we perform VA cannulation for ECMO patients. Our Cardiology team, consisting of around 55 physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APCs), offers a broad spectrum of cardiovascular services, such as echocardiography, nuclear studies, MRI, and CT scans. Regions Hospital is recognized nationally as a Level 1 Trauma Center and teaching hospital, having been listed among the Watson Health Top 100 Hospitals for Cardiovascular Care. We also conduct catheterization procedures at Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater, MN.

We are looking to add a full-time Interventional Cardiologist to deliver outstanding care at Regions Heart Center and outreach locations across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Both seasoned cardiologists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $604,136.00 and $944,258.00 based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE). Compensation is determined by the role's requirements and level, as well as factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
