Job Description
Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field, National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), and 1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:
- 5x8Hr Days
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician
- Certification from an accredited agency (ASCP or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Solid understanding of quality control procedures and laboratory best practices
- Proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of laboratory analyzers and instruments
- Exceptional attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform, analyze, and record results for routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, immunology, or microbiology
- Operate and calibrate clinical laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor and report laboratory test results accurately and promptly to clinical staff
- Collaborate with fellow laboratory professionals and communicate findings when necessary
- Participate in quality assurance programs and maintain comprehensive documentation as required
- Identify abnormal results and troubleshoot or escalate as indicated
