As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team on the production floor, identifying bottlenecks in workflow, and driving improvement initiatives.\n

\n This is a temp-to-hire role, ideal for someone with solid supervisory skills who thrives in a high-speed environment and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.\n

\n Team Lead Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Lead and motivate team members to meet production goals
    • \n
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting production times and efficiency
    • \n
  • Hold team members accountable for performance and attendance
    • \n
  • Communicate clearly with team and management; assist with bilingual communication as needed
    • \n
  • Support floor operations and ensure accurate order fulfillment
    • \n
\n
\n Schedule:\n
\n
    \n
  • Night Shift
    • \n
  • Monday to Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
    • \n
\n
\n Pay: $19.00 per hour\n
\n
\n $20.00 per hour after training\n
\n
    \n
  • Opportunity for full-time hire and pay increases based on performance
    • \n
\n
\n Team Lead Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • At least 1 year of experience as a team lead, supervisor, or similar leadership role in manufacturing or paper production
    • \n
  • Ability to diagnose and improve production efficiency
    • \n
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • \n
  • Willingness to be hands-on and work on the floor when needed
    • \n
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
    • \n
