Key Qualifications:

• Active Iowa licensure as LMHC, LISW, LMFT, LMSW, or School Psychologist
• Experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, or within educational settings
• Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external providers

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students referred for behavioral, emotional, or academic concerns
• Develop and implement intervention plans in coordination with school staff
• Perform psychological assessments as needed
• Consult with educators, administrators, and families regarding student mental health needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards
• Participate in relevant meetings and case conferences
