Our organization is in search of a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified General Cardiologist to enhance our growing practice in Anacortes, Washington.

For over two decades, cardiology services have been a vital part of the Anacortes community. Responsibilities may encompass, but are not limited to, overseeing and interpreting echocardiograms, conducting stress tests, and monitoring heart rhythms. Additional duties include supervising devices, managing ambulatory advanced practice providers, and conducting clinic and follow-up cardiology appointments. Position Details:
  • Full-time position, 1.0 FTE with a four-day work week

  • Monday to Friday schedule primarily focused on outpatient care, with limited inpatient consultations

  • Cardiac diagnostics include stress testing, rhythm management, nuclear diagnostics, and device management

  • General Cardiology hospital call coverage required (1:4)

  • Collaborative and collegial environment with opportunities for growth

  • Work alongside a cohesive group of multi-specialty providers and support staff

  • Utilization of the integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform throughout the organization

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Annual compensation ranges from $553,414 to $676,394

  • Competitive base salary guarantee along with productivity incentives during the first year, plus a comprehensive CME and Professional Society allowance; malpractice coverage, Washington State Medical License, DEA fees, and Medical Staff dues are covered by the practice

  • Signing bonus of $30,000

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Ability to interpret echocardiograms is essential

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Echocardiography is required

  • Possession of an active Washington State Medical License or the capability to obtain one
