Job Description

This role is ideal for professionals who hold credentials as an LMHC, LISW, LMFT, LMSW, or Psychologist. You'll work approximately 20 hours per week, collaborating within a school community dedicated to fostering student success and well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active licensure as an LMHC, LISW, LMFT, LMSW, or Psychologist
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a school or clinical setting
- Familiarity with school-based mental health services, including assessment and intervention
- Ability to provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation to students and staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group counseling to meet the emotional and behavioral needs of students
- Complete assessments and participate in student support teams
- Provide mental health interventions that align with school goals and best practices
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement support plans
- Document interventions and maintain confidential records in accordance with standards and policies
