• Flexible Scheduling: Options for 5x8 or 4x10 shifts, with the possibility of floating between clinics.
• Patient Volume: Average of 22 to 26 patients per day, depending on the length of the shift.
• Work Environment: Outpatient family practice clinic.
• Support Staff: 1:1 medical assistant to provider ratio.
• Procedures Required: Laceration repairs, sutures, incision and drainage (I&D), and Pap smears.
• Chronic Care Management: Focus on conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, COPD, and heart disease.
• Patient Demographics: Treating patients aged 3 months and older.
• Hospital Privileges: Required for this position.
