\n Medical Center, 99 beds - main hospital, 90% cases, primary robot
\n Medical Center, 176 beds - robot is available 2 days/week
\n Medical Center, 355 beds - residents there provide some call coverage

\n Position Highlights
\n * Join 5 physicians - mentorship available
\n * Single clinic location
\n * Can accommodate subspecialty interests, such as Endourology, Male Infertility, robotics preferred
\n * Approximately 18 - 20 patients/day, ability to have virtual visits
\n * Approximately 3 clinic days and 1 -2 OR days/week
\n * OR Block time and Robotic block time available (da Vinci Xi)
\n * Call is 1:5 along with residents utilized to strategically increase call coverage
\n * Academic affiliation through St. Joseph's, there are 10 residents, they rotate monthly
\n * Research opportunities with a dedicated research department collaboration with UCSF
\n * Access to multiple hospitals and surgical facilities
\n * AI-Based Charting and an outstanding electronic medical record system
\n * Compensated based on time worked (not traditional RVUs)
