A stable, well-established health system in Albany, Georgia is seeking a hospice & palliative care fellowship-trained physician to join its team as medical director. This permanent leadership opportunity offers the chance to oversee hospice and palliative care services while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. The role includes clinical oversight, hospice certification and recertification, quality initiatives, consultation support for providers and care teams, and direct patient care focused on symptom management and end-of-life care. The ideal candidates are passionate about improving quality of life for patients with serious illness while providing clinical leadership within a growing program.
