What You Will Do

· Maintain accurate patient and client billing records while ensuring timely payment collection.

· Submit clean insurance claims and proactively follow up on outstanding balances.

· Respond to patient and client billing inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

· Post payments, denials, adjustments, and reconcile daily financial transactions.

· Analyze accounts receivable, investigate claim denials, and identify payer trends to improve collections performance.

· Partner with internal teams to support efficient revenue cycle operations and resolution of billing issues.

What We Are Looking For

· Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and 3 to 5 years of related experience.

· Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, CPT codes, ICD-10 coding, and CMS-1500 claim forms.

· Understanding of insurance payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient financial responsibility.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Pay Details: $38.00 per hour
