This is an outstanding opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Gastroenterologist to join an expanding team serving Modesto and Stockton, California. Practice in a supportive, team-based environment with experienced APPs, AI-enabled technology, and an efficient workflow that allows physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care rather than chasing RVUs.

\n POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
\n Full-time Adult General Gastroenterology
\n ERCP skills welcomed but not required
\n Approximately 60-70% procedures / 30-40% clinic
\n Average of 14 procedures per full procedure day
\n Equal call shared among physicians regardless of seniority
\n Weekend call approximately 1:10-11
\n Strong physician and regional call support
\n AI-assisted documentation and advanced EMR
\n Dedicated APP support with three Nurse Practitioners assisting with consults, motility services, and patient management
\n H-1B sponsorship available

\n COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
\n $600,000 starting salary
\n $400,000 forgivable recruitment loan, funded upfront and forgiven during years 5-7
