Responsibilities: \n

Floor Technician

\n

Full Time

\n

Sunday to Thursday

\n

3pm - 11:30pm

\n

\n

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished housekeeping team. The selected candidate will operate standard housekeeping equipment in:
\n * Performing routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas.
\n * Performing minor repairs on an as needed basis.repairs. Cleans common areas of the community.

Realistic Job Preview - Floor Technician

Qualifications: \n

Qualified applicants will preferably possess a minimum 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work in a Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living Environment. Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.

\n

Additional requirements include:
\n * Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining equipment
\n * Knowledge of floor care procedures.
\n * Skill with chemical solution and dilution ratios

\n

Pay Range: USD $17.06 - USD $20.01 /Hr.
